Includes everything from the Tier 2 service, a full tear down with nothing missed.

All main bearings on the bike are pampered. All cables are replaced, resetting the brake and gear feel to new. Dirt and old grease are flushed out of the frame so they don’t pool up and rust. All bearings are re-packed with fresh grease for the longevity of components.

• Full tear down and rebuild
• Full wheel lateral & radial truing, centering/dishing & spoke tension
• Full brake bleeding if required
• All components are cleaned in immaculate detail
• High detail inspection for frame dents, cracks, or other damage
• Bar tape replaced*
• Brake rotors are straightened, and brake pads are changed if needed**
• Install new parts & accessories***
• All inner and outer gear cables replaced (up to $32 parts value at no further charge)
• Tubeless sealant top-up if required ($20 parts value at no further charge)

Service Duration: 5.5 hours

Service Frequency:

• Every 3 - 4 years if ridden 1 - 2 times per week.
• Every 2 - 3 years if ridden 3 - 7 times per week.
• Every 10,000 – 20,000km is a good interval for bearing overhauls. If you pressure-wash your bike, or ride in the wet or mud often, you should get it done sooner.
