Refund policy

At waxandchains we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Returns for Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns, subject to the following:
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Supplier-Ordered Items: For items ordered specifically from our suppliers for you (as noted in our Shipping Policy), a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover the administrative and return logistics costs to the original manufacturer.
    2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
    If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the description on our website.
    • Notification: Please contact us at info@waxandchains.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
    • Solutions: Depending on whether the fault is major or minor, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund (including original shipping costs).
    • Return Shipping: If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
    3. The Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    1. Request Authorization: Email info@waxandchains.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed.
    3. Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    4. Refund
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Store Credit: You may also opt for store credit, which is issued immediately upon approval and can be used on any future purchase.
