The GO Energy + Electrolyte gels build on the established science of the GO Isotonic Energy gel, the world‚¬€ž¢s first and only truly isotonic energy gel.
The gel not only delivers a rapid supply of easily digestible carbohydrates (22 grams) for energy, but also provides 118mg sodium, 9.5mg potassium and 1.5mg magnesium per gel.

get this or the mint and lime one and you won't be disappointed. chews are far better than gels. has the texture of like Turkish delight (not spicy tho). disposing of gels is stillcky tube in your pocket (if you litter then you're doing wrong), this one is just a wrapper and a little bit of cardboard back in your pocket no problem for later.
