A combination of energy sources and electrolytes enhance your bodys ability to absorb water during exercise, maintain your endurance performance and protect against cramp. get this or the mint and lime one and you won't be disappointed. chews are far better than gels. has the texture of like Turkish delight (not spicy tho). disposing of gels is stillcky tube in your pocket (if you litter then you're doing wrong), this one is just a wrapper and a little bit of cardboard back in your pocket no problem for later.
