Absolutely my go-to shop for everything triathlon. From gels to bike service, Graham really knows his stuff and gives honest, practical advice rather than just trying to sell the most expensive option. Service is consistently excellent and I would highly recommend paying him a visit.
These are great, much better than gels. They have the consistency of something like Turkish Delight. I find them a lot easier to eat while riding than the sticky gooey ooze of gels. The mint and lemon flavours are also good.
